Week 71 - Black beaches

Hello Everyone!

This was another great week in the mission field! We had interviews with President Fox. I love the interviews I have with him. I am lucky to have him as my mission president.

We also had a leadership council this week at President Fox's house. It is always a good time and a super uplifting meeting with the other leaders of this mission.

Sorry I don't have a ton of time this week for my email. Enjoy some of the beauty of Tahiti from my pictures. I hope you all have a great week.

Week 83 - Miracles Exist!

Hello Everyone! I hope that you all had a great week and that this new year is treating you well! This week was a good week! Elder Banthoud and I saw many miracles this week! There are a few I would like to share with you guys! This week we were doing a little bit of contacting and we were at a house and an old Tahitian lady walks out of the house and starts speaking in only Tahitian. I was scared at the beginning because the Tahitian language is pretty hard and not a ton of people speak it! My companion just looks at me because he didn't understand anything and then I realized that I was understanding everything that she was saying to us! She invited us in and we gave her a blessing and taught her a lesson. ALL of it in Tahitian! And the end she was crying because she was so grateful that we spoke in Tahitian with her. Week 103 - Almost Done!

Iaorana!!! 2 WEEKS LEFT!!! Wow time is going by so fast! This last week has been good. Elder Harris and I did a ton of service projects this week. Like 17 hours of service! We had a great time! I don't really have a ton of time! I am trying to take advantage of this time I still have in Tahiti! But yes I am alive and yes I am doing well!  Elder Harris and I I love you all! Week 31 - President and Sister Fox visit Tubuai

IAORANA!!! This week was a pretty great week! The time is passing so fast, I can't believe it has already been 7 months! My mission has still been the best decision I have ever made in my life. I learn something new every single day. I have also learned so much about myself and I wouldn't trade this experience for anything! This past week the Mission President, President Fox, and his wife came down to Tubuai! It was their first time visiting this island so we had the pleasure of showing them around and introducing them to all the people. We spent the first day with the two of them visiting all of the Historical Church Sites. It was super fun, and the first time for me seeing a lot of them too! So that was super awesome! The next day the two of them came with Elder Harrison and I to teach a lesson. It was a great experience and was fun to be able to teach with the Mission President!
